Run Dem Crew In Da Area

July 4th 2008 kicked off the first Run Dem Crew group run. Kicking off at the bottom of Hackney Road and up to Victoria Park picking up runners on the way. Thanks to Leo, Andy, Markle, Andrew and Morgan for hitting the road. Good vibe all round and nice stretching session led by Leo to begin and end.

Nice and easy 3k trot around Victoria park to introduce the beginners to the world of running. We meet again next Friday. Stay tuned for details.

St Barts 10k

Did the St Barts Chest Hospital 10k in Victoria Park a couple of weeks ago after no sleep and a late night out at the Brainfeeder bash. Flying Lotus and crew in a warehouse in Shorditch. Got home at 4am and the race began at 10am. Despite my general lack of sleep it was a good run and well worth it for the medal.
